Training
Interface environmental and quality systems provides training and support for business management and auditing purposes. Our trainers are qualified and experienced in both business and University training, and Interface is an Institute of Leadership and Management development award provider. The main training services we provide are:

Internal auditor training. Both ISO 9001 and 14001 require internal audits to be conducted. For many organisations it is beneficial to train 1 or 2 staff members in how to conduct internal audits effectively and rigorously. This is typically a 0.5-1 day course depending on the size of the organisation.

Staff training in ISO implementation and maintenance. We typically run this course when a company becomes ISO certified, to explain to staff what the system means and requires, ensuring that it works effectively and benefits the organisation. This is typically a half day course.

Managing for sustained success of an organization. As well as ISO 9001, there is also ISO 9004 – a guidance standard on how to use ISO 9001 to improve your business. We run a half day course for senior managers on how to use ISO 9001 to help your company or organisation succeed and prosper.
