We are passionate about building capacity and professional development. Knowledgeable, skilled management and teams are essential for the implementation of SD. We use only highly experienced trainers and facilitators with a wealth of on the job experience of delivering SD solutions. Our training is tailored to the needs of individual clients to maximise the impact. Our approach is one of active learning, using the pedagogic principles of experiential learning. This approach is the most effective learning style for adult learners if change in performance, understanding or skills is to be sustainable. Our sessions typically comprise short factual presentations, facilitated discussions, and highly focused group work or exercises. Case study material, systems, corporate plans etc are derived from your organisation and embedded within the training programmes. Our courses are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management as Professional Development awards, and all participants get full ILM certificates.
