Interface environmental and quality systems specialises in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 assessment and certification, and related training and support.We worked in quality, supply chain and environmental auditing and certification for many years, and grew increasingly sceptical of many of the services being offered to smaller and medium sized organisations by consultants and certifying bodies. These seemed more tailored towards generating work and fees, rather than developing systems and approaches that were suited to the needs of clients. We believed we could do a better job: dramatically reduce costs, and provide a client focused system suited to organisations needs. Our customers agree!
We have more than 20 years of experience in developing and assessing quality and environmental management systems. We specialise in working with small and medium sized organisations, ensuring that systems are simple, easy to use and maintain, meet your needs and are highly customer oriented. We work with a wide range of manufacturing, service, professional, construction and distribution organizations, as well as government, local authorities, health, charities and non-departmental public bodies.
We are based centrally in the UK, and have assessors throughout the UK to provide a local service. Our main office in the West Midlands allows us to easily access clients. We additionally have offices in Europe, and work internationally.
We are being inspected and accredited by the Accreditation Service for Certifying Bodies Europe (ASCBE). All our Assessors are IRCA qualified and are highly experienced practitioners with industry experience.
